Your Responsibilities:
- Clinical Assessments: Conduct comprehensive, strengths-based behavioral assessments to identify a child's baseline communication and milestones.
- Custom Roadmaps: Design and update 100% personalized, play-based ABA treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs.
- Therapist Mentorship: Provide ongoing, high-quality supervision and direct hands-on guidance to our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Family Collaboration: Lead supportive parent coaching sessions to help families confidently carry out positive strategies at home.
Qualifications:
- Active Certification: Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB and valid state licensure where applicable.
- Advanced Degree: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a closely related clinical field.
- Clinical Experience: Proven experience working directly with young children on the autism spectrum using naturalistic ABA models.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for building deep, trusting relationships with families.
